what happend when CPAM send my order in Australia and I live in Austria.

you should contact seller. It should be seller who printed wrong country in the parcel. Austria and Australia are quite different word in Chinese

It makes no sense who made the mistake. It is seller not buyer's responsibility to take all shipment risk before the goods arrives buyer. Now you should tell seller to ship you replacement and give you new tracking number, otherwise you can open dispute and claim refund.

Hi mare55,
i had the same problem with Austria=Australia . I can not write it in German (Österreich) , i dont know why, but aliexpress did not allow this. My adress is in Englisch and was printed in Englisch and was right printed ( as i received it i saw it), so the mistake is from china post officer, but if your seller is a good seller will try to contact china post and resolve the problem. I also wrote the seller and she called the post and wrote me that she called the post so i become my item. Moreover i found how to write it in Chinese language and also wrote it and send it to seller. The destination was not changed but i received my package. A good tipp for you...just write your adress with Austria (AT), because Australia has (AU). So you can avoid mistakes. But if your seller did not resolve the problem just open a dispute. maybe you will become your package.

Usually 15-20 days. It was always fast delivery. Just Track it all the time and if you see sent to airline must wait 7-8 days. Maybe it will come, if your adress is right . If not open dispute before the deadline finisch.
Normalerweise ist es schnell. ich habe sie in ca.17 tagen nach received von china post bekommen. Nur 1 mal hat gedauert, aber waren feiertagen in china. Must immer feedback lesen, das ist sehr wichtig. Aber wenn dein verkäufer nicht kooperiert und dort versucht das zu klären dann ist es schlecht. Auf deiner stelle öffne ich streit, sicher ist sicher! Wenn du es bekommst kannst dispute beenden.
