Hi there,

I was waiting for my package yesterday and didn't hear anything (might've missed it myself to be honest) and I checked the Amazon tracking today saying there was an attempted delivery yesterday.

The issue is there was no note left in the letterbox so I am unsure what will happen next :(

Could someone let me know the next steps please (such as if it is at a post office or if there will be a redelivery attempt).

Royal Mail website shows the parcel arrived local post office in Glasgow G31 DO on Jul 23. The parcel can not be delivered as none in the parcel address. You need go to post office in Glasgow G31 DO to pickup the parcel by yourself. Don't forget to bring your government ID.

Thanks for the reply, Glasgow is very far away from me - is there any chance it will be redelivered or shall I contact them to setup another delivery?

Could you provide me with the Royal Mail tracking number? My address is in Leeds, England not Glasgow, Scotland - just wondering if there is a mix-up with the addresses?

Royal Mail will not make such stupid mistake. It is more likely that your seller printed wrong shipping address in the parcel. You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.
