I have a dispute case with FastCardTech webshop almost for a year.
They promised me full refund for a mobile phone which I ordered but I got it malfunctioned, ab ovo.
Now, when they got the phone which I shipped back to them to get my money back , they abandoned their promise and started talk to repairing and shipping it back.

At the moment, the phone is fixed and they require 20 USD additional fee from me to ship the repaired phone back, inspite of the fact, that in their guarantee policy does not tell any shipping back fee which have to pay the buyers in this case.

I shipped this phone to China as a registered letter with priority for 2965 HUF, just about 10 USD! The ship was taken cc. 2-3 weeks, only.

Whilst, the FCT requires 20 USD as shipping fee from Shanghai to Hungary with same condition (as registered air mail without insurance) but the shipping time takes 30-60 days!! as they are mentioned.
In my opinion, this price is too high, it is multiple as the real one, especially when they have bargain agreement with Chinese Post Office, since they make ship big amount of products, worldwide.

So, I would like to ask for your calculation what could be the real shipping price of abovementioned product (480 gram weight of parcel , shipped by air mail, with registered tracking number) from Shanghai to Hungary.

Thanks for sharing your opinion with me. It is important for me, really.

Yes, I already guessed that they scammed me when my returned package to FCT was shipped back to me by Chinese Post marked ’Unclaimed’ reason on its wrapping. See my earlier question to your service in 17. November.

Later, when they got my package, in December, they denied my requirement on reimbursement referenced so elapsed long time. They just had started talk about repairing of wrong phone and shipping back, but they ask this additional 20 USD shipping fee, which I consider too high value. ( Just at this point I was sure about their dishonesty.)
That was the reason is why ask for your help to calculate a real delivery cost.

Btw, I have two possibilities, at this moment:
1. I pay this 20 USD shipping cost and they send the repaired phone back to me or
2. I do not pay any bucks and they will not ship this damned phone back, not at all.

In reality, I no need this crappy repaired phone, since then I bought a genuine Samsung phone, but I’m very confused by their unfair dealing with own customer who has issue with ordered item.
I know that you have no time to read long messages. I just write it to the others, to let they know about dishonest behavior of FastCardTech company.

I will started my own fight against FCT everywhere on the Internet, how I promised they, previously, but in vain. They prefer your profit to their reputation.

So, be aware with FastcardTech company and if you want to sleep calmly do not buy anything from they because if the ordered item is wrong or malfuncioned you will leave alone, without any supporting.

Previously, I was intended to starting a comprehensive investigation at Shanghai Consumer’s Protection Committee but your collegue (may be you were) was talked me out of examination with this reply:

„ I don't think you can get help from this authority.it is just waste your time.”

So, the circle is closed.
It would be nice if somebody, a specialist or who had similar disputed case give some useful advise how would be solve this case, successfuly. Thanks.

Sorry If I was too long I have just wanted to warn the other potential buyers of FCT.

I would appreciate if you can give me an estimated shipping cost, just I want to know it.
