Post 3 months already and cannot locate my package

Hello,

My package (CP259297479CN) was posted on the 20th December 2014 from Shanghai to Paris, FRANCE. The current status is posted but I do not have more information, except history detail's activity which is "received by post office".

Has it ever happened to someone ? Please, advise me on how to find more information about the location and status of my package ?

CP259297479CN is surface parcel for heavy item. it is very very slow and has very high lost rate. you should open dispute for lost parcel now.

you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress/paypal where you purchased the goods. http://track-chinapost.com/?p=435
