Hello, can I please look at the tracking number RD498672809CN for 29 days is not subject to any movement. I opened a dispute with the seller, but he tells me that the goods are on the way. I do not believe, I think, that the goods are lost ...

you did the right thing. the parcel can not pass security check and was returned to shipper.
