Post 1500 parcels blocked to France for 2 months

Hello,

I have 1500 packages that have not been delivered for 2 months. These are parcels for France. They are blocked since June 13th, we are July 2nd.

How come? Will they arrive one day?

My agent doesn't know how to answer me...

These packages were received by China Post on Mid may and have been waiting for flight to France since June 13. Most international flights are cancelled during Coronavirus pandemic. It is normal for a package to stuck in China waiting for a flight for several weeks. There is not much you can do about it. Just be patient and wait and watch out to your buyer protection period and ask for an extension if it is running out soon.

Thank you for your response. How is it possible that there hasn't been a plane to France for 2 months? The other parcels are normally delivered by airplane... How much longer do I have to wait? What else can I do? My customers can't wait any longer, I am threatened with a complaint and I am not in a financial position to refund...
