My package from China was to be delivered to the us to Mississippi.My tracking number said it was delivered today to Los Angeles California.Now what do I do being I can’t get up with seller?Tracking number LS336920851CN

Open a dispute for non-delivery. Claim a refund using whatever method you used to pay, whether a buyer protection program on the marketplace website you bought from, PayPal, your credit card company, etc.
