Hello China Post,

I just sent a parcel of coffee beans from Hong Kong to my friend who is recipient in Shenzhen 4 days ago. The tracking number is EK464068593HK. 2 days ago (I mean on 21 Oct) stuff left HK and based on Hong Kong Post tracking, on the way to destination.

This evening I received message from my friend, sending snapshot of 广州关邮e通智能平台, offering to 规范申报. But to our shock, it is stated as 爽肤水 instead of 咖啡豆 as 内件. Is inaccurate info common so far? I never send any liquid stuff ever in my life.

I wonder if this info can be corrected? Thank you

You need ask your friend to call 11185, make customs and pickup the parcel in person from Guangzhou customs. Receiver can show the actually to customs officer.

I see, by calling 11185, he can let customs know that is incorrect item and then customs will make correction?

I agree, he can show the proof which is photo of items he will get from me.

Hello China Post,

I just received from the courier based in HK that mentions 海关已放行 and without paying tax in Guangzhou customs. Does it mean it will be delivered to Shenzhen (where my recipient is) after this?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EK464068593HK shows the parcel is still being processed by customs. You need ask receiver call China Post hotline 11185, make customs clearance and pickup the parcel in person.

Hello China Post,

I got the information from the courier who had to make amendment to customs due to wrong information from ghzx.gdems.com. I would like to attach screenshot but unfortunately there is no attach file feature here. And also I have to rely on my Chinese friend to check it out as I don't use Chinese mobile number and not in China.

It is stated 2020-10-27 13:42:22 海关已放行 税款 0
Maybe they put into tracking system not really soon

Recently the tracking system shows that my parcel is already 进口海关放行 in Guangzhou. Does it mean the parcel will be sent to Shenzhen where my recipient is?

the parcel is in Guangzhou. You'd better ask your receiver call 11185 and inquiry detail.
