Hi,

This is RF353844293SG the tracking number of the parcel that's stuck in Italy for more than 20 days. It is supposed to be delivered in Greece but your website says that the destination country is Italy. So at http://www.poste.it I can find this info:

your seller should have given you wrong tracking number. open dispute asap.
