Hi, I recently purchased a product from Aliexpress and the seller has shipped the product on the same day of purchase via Special Line Y-W and here's the tracking number: VR027168150YP. The product was shipped on 16 October 2018 and today's 23rd October and the tracking update is still the same saying " The item information was created by the seller". I have no idea what is happening? Is the parcel stuck somewhere or is the shipping Company is not putting up the tracking update. Where should I follow up for this? Please help!

VR027168150YP is fake number. Your seller never shipped anything to you.
