Post Why wont China Post deliver my package?

My routing number is LT162889805CN.

Amazon says there were two delivery attempts, but I never got a note explaining why it could not be delivered, or the package itself. It has been over two weeks since the last attempt. Where is my package, and why can't it be left at my house? There is nothing keeping a delivery person from coming to the door and leaving it there.

2. I suspect your parcel is returning back to the seller, you should ask explanation to USPS. Have you track your parcel on USPS site?

This did not help. Neither China Post nor USPS ever contacted me or left a note saying why they could not deliver my package until after it was already returned to China. I provided the correct address, so there is no reason this should have happened. I am going to ask for a full refund because I don't want to deal with your shipping service again.

1. Please remember this has nothing to do with China Post. If seller did not put the right address to your parcel then he is responsible. If USPS did not find your address or something was missing in your address according to the tracking:

Is USPS to blame for not delivering a parcel that they are saying:
No Such Number
Undeliverable as Addressed

2. Did USPS made a mistake or the seller?
