my track number RH253705387PT 2018-09-14 13:34 arrived and never delivered to my address until now its please what is going on am not happy why china post so slow to deliver my customer not happy ...

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived Guangzhou on Sep 14 but never delivered. Normally this means the parcel address has problem or receiver is not available.

You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try pickup the parcel.
