Parcel No.RI788183248CN tracking result

2015-12-22 22:35:47.0 parcel center received
2015-12-22 22:39:32.0 parcel center customs scan
2015-12-22 22:59:54.0 leaving parcel center ，next station Shenzhen center
2015-12-22 23:49:34.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export security scan
2015-12-23 15:14:51.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export customs cleared

Please can someone explain to me what this final status update mean? Can it mean that the parcel has departed China?

the parcel should have left china. you can see new status when parcel is outside china.
