Post Why Is the Parcel Still Sitting China Customs

2016-03-23 21:32:12.0 Electronic Data Received
2016-03-29 14:48:43.0 parcel center received
2016-03-29 22:19:15.0 parcel center customs scan
2016-03-29 23:17:32.0 leaving parcel center ，next station Shenzhen center
2016-03-30 02:00:06.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export security scan
2016-03-30 09:04:21.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export customs cleared

Almost 3 months in the Transit Station. Why?

Can anyone give me an answer?

is your tracking number starting with "CP"? If yes, that parcel could be shipped by sea and very very slow.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was actually shipped on Mar 30. Based on my experience, parcel from china to Canada might take up to 60 days(most of the time is in Vancouver customs), so your parcel is still in normal time frame.

Thanks for the feedback. I could see from the tracking info that it had been shipped on March 30, but the tracking info said is was still in the country. Wondered about how up to date tat information was. I do know Canada Customs can take its time to clear parcels.

1. You could also track your parcel here:

2. The last tracking result is:
2016-03-30 09:04
The Shenzhen Exchange Bureau, have been exported directly

3. exported directly means is going to your country Canada and normally there are no more tracking for the parcel after that.

4. I suspect you realize that you can not track the parcel at Canada Post.

This sucks. Been in excess of 60 days for a parcel which is shown to have been shipped by air mail. Contacted the shipper and they advised to contact Canada Post, except the tracking number does not work over here. Wow what a bummer.
