1. The best advice I could tell you is to contact seller and tell him that the parcel is at the Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan since the 2016-05-18 11:48. The parcel has not move, ask him politely if he could call China Post Hot Line: 11185

2. 2 things might append to your parcel, either it is block by the China Post Security or it did pass security and is going to your country. That the seller can confirm with China Post.
