Post Why is my parcel taking so long to arrive?

Hope you can help.

My parcel was shipped around the 28th of December 2018 and it is now march 2019 and the item has not arrived and the tracking hasn't updated since the start of January. I know it can take a while but this seems too long and starting to think I have been scammed. Any help would be appreciated.

Tracking number is UI055129735CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UI055129735CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jan 2.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
