Why is my package with the tracking number LY755691273CN being shipped via China EMS to Chicago when I live in New York and should be shipped to New York?

we only know LY755691273CN is going to USA, not sure final city is Chicago or NY. Parcel to NY can also be transited through Chicago.

Oh I didn't know that China ems packages go through Chicago in route to destination okay thanks!
