Hi there,

Why has my parcel been sitting in one place without moving for so long? I have a tracking number (LZ248251771CN) and it started in Jingzhou and sat there for 2 months, then went to Wuhan for 1 day and back to Jingzhou. It's now been there for nearly another month.

When will it be sent to Australia?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ248251771CN shows Released from import customs on Oct 30. This shows the parcel was returned by customs in Wuhan . Not sure exact return reason, normally this means the parcel has copyright or safety issue.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.
