Post Why does my package returns and can I update my address and telephone number?

Hello. My package number is LE005257604DE and I have found that it has been returned from customs. I want to know why and I wonder if it’s because my address and telephone number aren’t clear. If so, can I update it? Thank you for your help.

Are you receiver? If China Post can't find receiver by mobile phone, the import customs clearance might have problem.

In China, proper mobile phone number in the parcel is much much more important than correct address. If parcel address has small error, it is fine. But if parcel didn't print mobile number or printed wrong number, it will have big delivery and customs clearance problem.

If this is your case, please call China Post hotline 11185 immediately and make customs clearance and pickup parcel in person.

I have called 11185, but they told me that my package number begins with L. That means that they can’t follow the package and they can do nothing. They say if I need to change de information I should contact the sender. But I have send an email to the sender, but they don’t reply. So what can I do now?
