Hello! I’ve been trying for multiple times to receive this package but it keeps on getting sent back. Can you assist?
The tracking number is: LZ163962250CN

usps.com shows LZ163962250CN was returned to the sender on February 4, 2025 at 8:14 am in SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94123 because of an incomplete address.

We believe the shipper made some mistake. Please contact USPS and try to stop the return. If they can't help you to stop the return, you need to ask for refund from seller.
