Hello China Post,

I ordered a package to Dubai, which says it past customs and reached it's destination on October 13th. Now, its October 21st and I have still not received the package or been informed WHERE I CAN PICK IT UP FROM? I called TNT the UAE partner according to your website but they said they dont have it. Please let me know WHERE I CAN PICK UP MY PACKAGE FROM.

UAE post is the agent for China Post in UAE. UAE post website shows RV185689379CN arrived Dubai Central Post Office on Oct 13. UAE Post does not make delivery, you need pickup the parcel from UAE post asap. Otherwise it will be returned to China.
