this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

Hi! I've ordered an item from Pandora. Trucking No. is RH937394464CN. Last time I checked it says "unsuccessful delivery". May I know the current status please?

Philippines Post website shows the parcel arrived PHILIPPINES, Enroute to delivery office. You should contact your local post office and try to pickup the parcel. Philippines Post does not deliver goods to your home.
