I received an message on 2/25 stating that my order was shipped with a tracking number LT361435928CN given. Tried tracking the package several times but kept telling me "No shipping record". I then sent an email asking about the tracking number that was given to me and in return I received a response telling me "It's still being processed and would be mailed out shortly" and that was on 2/28 and still nothing!!!!!!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LT361435928CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
