Dear China Post Customer Service,

since the 02. February my Parcel has been handed over to the airline. Is it normal that nothing has been update since 6 days ? I don´t think that the airplane need so much time to Germany

You'd better give tracking number to get accurate answer.

now is chinese new year holiday, you might need wait 2 to 4 weeks to see new status.

Sry ! I know that der ist CNY but there was written that it was handed out to the airplane. Do you think that my parcel is on it's way to germany oder landed there? Or does the plane did not start because of CNY?

Germany Post (DHL paket) website shows CP384230715CN just arrived IPZ-Ffm, Germany( The international shipment has arrived at the import parcel center).

Normally it should be delivered by Germany Post very soon. You can call Germany Post for delivery detail.
