Good morning,

I am Miguel Sentandreu. Last 22-05-2020 A shippement was made from China to my destination by China post (IATA-CSIC. Calle Agustín Escadino, 7. 46980 Paterna (Valencia), Spain). According to the tracking information the item arrived to Madrid but after that, the local company (Correos Spain) did not deliver the product to its final destination in Paterna (Valencia).

I need your help in knowing what has happened with this product and whay I has not arrived to Valencia?

https://track-chinapost.com/start_spainpost.php?code=CP384008675CN shows the parcel arrived Madrid in August but failed delivery. Then it was returned to shipper on Oct 13.

The only reason that Spain Post can not make delivery is because shipper printed wrong address in the parcel.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for non-arrival order refund.

Thank you very much for your explanation. I bought this product by Ebay. Then, should I make the order refund directly to Ebay?

Can you provide me the following information, please? Which was the address that the shipper printed in the parcel? i woul like to know this information

They don't have access to that information as far as I know, they are volunteers.
