Hello,

my parcel has been in the same place (where exactly?) and has had the same tracking info for nearly a week without any movement. Can someone help me with this? The tracking is LZ897116111CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was just shipped from Putian on Oct 10. Putian is a small city, processing is slow. You might need wait one or two more weeks to see new update.

Thank you! But it's going to be the 16th is it normal that it's taking that long? When can I hope for new update?
