2. You are the only one how can track your parcel because we don't have your postal code so we can not track your parcel in the netherlands.

3. This is the same thing for 17 track, it can not track your parcel in the Netherlands because of that. This is why you are seeing the following statement:

could you please help me with my tracking.
I send out package from USA to Beijing China on 10/13/2016 via first class international USPS and tracking information's are not available online.
I called post office but they told me they can just see that package left USA and for the rest i should contact China post office.
