The parcel was shipped on Sep.3th from UK to China, but until now it hasn't arrive at China.When can it arrive?

2. Your parcel was sent by Royal Mail as:

via International Signed

3. So that means the parcel tracking in China and right now in UK is unavailable. You won't be able to track the parcel in China and when it deliver a signature will be ask but you won't be able to see the signature on the Royal Mail site.

4. Normally parcel from UK to China take 5 to 7 working days to arrive. So we can assume the parcel is in China. How long can it take from arrival to China to the recipient, i would suspect in most cases that 3 weeks would be the maximum.
