the parcel is in Auckland customs. you need contact New Zealand post to help you find the parcel. If they can not help you, the parcel should be lost.

Good day! Thank for the assistance! I contacted the New Zealand post but they advice me to contact China post for them to make an official inquiry and that's the time they will take action!
What will I do now? If it's lost who will take the responsibility?

you should ask shipper make an official investigation request with China Post. you can not do it by yourself.

Its ben 10 days that my tracking nimber doesnt update its said december 4th 2015 export customs cleared. My tracking number is
RF152849245CN. Can someone help me?thanks why its take too much time?

your parcels should be outside china. status will not change after parcel left china because none scan the parcel anymore.
