This is the tracking number: 44478274175

There aren't updates from 4th december. Is it normal? Where is it now?

it is normal. 44478274175 is china post ordinary parcel. you can only track the starting shipping date. china post does not update its status anymore after the first scan.

it should be outside china now. you should get it by early Jan,2016.

I placed an order Nov 11th 2015 and tracking # RI639618161CN says it left china Nov, 26th, 2015. I still have not received it. Can you tell me where my parcel is?

shipping to canada now is slower than regular season. you might need to wait another one or two more weeks.

the parcel was shipped on Dec 15. In this rush season, normally it should take about 4 weeks to reach Australia.

It hasn't changed for a while and I am confused why it shows arriving and leaving Guangzhou Airport 4 times???

Can you explain this to me?

status looping in Guangzhou normally means it has problem to pass customs scan. you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress for lost parcel
