its been over a month my parcel arrived at Hong Kong..
can someone tell me what should i do?
It is supposed to reach Mauritius long time ago.
My tracking number is CP314354593CN

2016-03-04 14:42:24.0 Shenyang city zone moral post dept. Received
2016-03-04 16:05:34.0 Shenyang city zone moral post dept. Customs scan
2016-03-04 17:04:10.0 leaving Shenyang city zone moral post dept., next station Shenyang center
2016-03-05 09:27:58.0 沈阳Transit Station export security scan
2016-03-05 10:03:07.0 沈阳Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-03-12 07:39:06.0 Shanghai Transit Station export security scan
2016-03-12 15:24:58.0 Shanghai Transit Station export customs cleared

What does this mean:
What is “Departure from outward office of exchange” ? How long it will take?

Thank you for the help.

But it says it usually takes 2-10 days and my parcel has been there for 15 days. What does that means? How will i know if it will be shipped to Mauritius or return back to me?

1. Possibly your parcel is trying to get a flight out to Mauritius.

2.May I suggest to you to call Hongkong Post, you can find the information on this site:
