Post Where is my parcel now exactly?

Hi.

I am ordered in Nov 14, they shipping Nov 23.
It is now Jan 19 (2017 of course) Chinapost tracking still says "Shenzhen Transit Station export customs cleared"
maybe because of holiday, christmass ,chinese new year blablabla.Where ist it now?is it normal?Should i opening dispute?
BTW : seller extended my protection for 20 days.

Same for my package , i do not know why its still in China ..I ordered mine on November 2016

Dude your parcel seems like delivered in january 10.Are sure this tracking number is true?

1. Yes your parcel was delayed by the Holiday Seasons, the Smog that affected the Aircraft from departing China and the rescheduling of mail bag. Plus on top of that you got you own country that are having problems, possibly not enough personal for all the incoming parcels from overseas.

2. The result is, your parcel is late, very late, extremely late to be deliver to you.

3. Just continue to track your parcel on the Turkey Post site for any new movement.
