My order no is LO409156261, my order is already one month ago, but it said export cancellation, what does it means? Will I get my order or money back?

I believe you are talking about tracking number LO409156261CN. This parcel was rejected by Shenzhen customs on Nov 18. Then it was returned to shipper on Nov 29.

If this is a paypal/aliexpress purchase order, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
