2. You should contact recipient of the parcel. If he is saying he did not received the parcel then ask Israel Post to do an investigation. But your parcel was delivered.

1. Your parcel might possibly be out of Customs Office in Canada. This is what I found for you:

2. Not knowing where the parcel is, I suspect possibly Vancouver and not knowing where you live in Canada, it can take up to 7 days to 10 days for delivery in Canada.
