Hi, I ordered from Italy a package on 4 March and the tracking system shows that it is still in China.
What is going on? I expected to receive 2 days ago.
Number of tracking LM683371096CN .

Anybody may help me?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LM683371096CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to Italy on Mar 11.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Italy Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Italy). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Italy Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Italy Post website will show its new status with Italy location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
