Is it normal for a package to be in transit for 36 days. It hasn't updated in awhile as well.
LT190611709CN is the number. help

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT190611709CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Jan 6.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Chicago,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might stuck until parcel arrives US which takes about 10 to 20 days. Your parcel seems to be seriously delayed or lost.

If you buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund, otherwise keep waiting.
