My package said it was delivered but to the wrong country! I don't understand what's going on but here is my tracking number and I'm located int the USA...

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel destination is Australia not USA. I believe you are scammed. Your seller use other people's tracking number to cheat your money.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute against fraud.
