I ordered something off of a hair website and I received a conformation email. My tracking number is LY208221944CN. It says it’s coming USPS but when entering the tracking number it’s shows no results.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY208221944CN shows the number has no record. Your seller has not shipped anything yet.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to paypal/aliexpress/amazon(whichever you paid money to).

The phone number that I called is some type of Chinese number and I emailed but no response.

You might be scammed. If you paid with paypal, open dispute against fraud asap.

That is too bad, You are difficult to get your money back from that cheater. Bank card, money order, wire transfer, western union are cheater's favorate. Read following article:
