Hello,

I had purchased 2 items from Nice Gears store on the same day. I have received one of my packages but not the other. the tracking information shows it was delivered, not to be the case. The tracking number is LM128815136CN. Please advise on my package.

Canada Post claims your item was delivered on the 5th of Jan. You should contact them and ask where it is. It's possible that it was left with someone else at your house/apartment, delivered to your neighbour by mistake, or stolen from your mailbox.
