Hello,

I ordered a package to be shipped to Canada but it has not updated since June 15.

1. I would not be surprise that your parcel is already in Canada at the Canadian Customs Office. If your parcel arrive in Canada it could be at 3 different inbound sites, Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver.

2. When your parcel Clear Customs it will be given to Canada Post for delivery. Presently in Vancouver the wait for delivery is between 4 to 6 weeks. For the other inbound sites it could be less.

3. Even if you don't see any tracking, that does not mean your parcel is not moving. Canada Post does not track anymore China Post registered mail in Canada.

4. In 1 week open a new topic in the USA/Canadian forum and me, I will check if I can see your parcel at Canada Post. Please take into consideration that Canada Post employees could start a strike next week.
