where is my package now? it has not been delivered. RI950137893CN tracking says it left Guangzhou and arrived at UK Langley 8 hours later this very unlikely and it now been 9 days since, This most unusual. Usually I get the parcel 1 or 2 days after it lands in the u.k. So where is it now? thanks

2016-04-05 12:37:00.0 Guangzhou departure
2016-04-05 20:39:00.0 arrive UK Langley Transit Station

it is in Royal Mail system. I think the parcel should have some problem in UK customs. Maybe you can contact Royal Mail for detail.

Royal mail have no record of this tracking number in their system.

Sir I'd suggest that you check the royal mail's international mail office (IMO) these guys have all the information about parcels coming in from abroad

Still has not been delivered. Royal Mail will only give information to the sender not the recipient. Any sugestions now? thanks

1. I suspect also that your parcel has a problem with UK Customs.
2. I would suggest that you wait maybe another week to see what is going to happen to your parcel.
3. The after that week maybe try to contact seller and ask him to contact Royal Mail to find out what is wrong with your parcel.

thanks, that is what I will do. I don't believe this parcel arrived at UK Langley Transit Station. Is it possible for it to transit and process from Guangzhou to U.K Langley in 8 hours? I have had a lot of parcels from China post and I have never seen this short transit time before. and if it was scanned as arrived in the U.K it would be traceable on Royal Mail tracking. This is normal and always happens. It is not and it is unusual. thanks

While I was looking again about your parcel, i just tough that maybe it was reported in local time. If so, then it's making sense because there is 7 hours difference from Guangzhou to U.K Langley.

With that in mind, the flight is around 12 hours minus the 7 equal to a difference of 5 hours.

Also are you sure that normal registered mail from China Post is traceable at Royal Mail. This is not E-packet (China EMS) parcel.

sure, registered mail from China Post should be traceable if it gets scanned at Langley HWDC it shows up on Royal Mail tracking. Each and every time in the past,. This did not I suspect because it never ever arrived in the U.K and the tracking updated automatically or something without it being scanned.
