Hi

I have been waiting on a package since Feb - RH293539391CN
I have contacted the seller on several occasions but he keep saying that it has been posted and there has been mail delays. I have been checking tracking info but this has not been updated since the 04/2/16 leaving Shanghai.
Please advise what I should do???

the parcel was shipped right before chinese new year holiday. that is a bad time. many parcel during that time are still sleeping in warehouse waiting for processing. you might need wait one or two more weeks.
