RF783975894SG has nothing to do with china post, it is Singapore Post tracking number. Some Chinese seller use Singapore Post to ship battery item. The parcel will be shipped to Singapore first (takes about 10 to 15 days), then transit from Singapore to other countries.

You can track the parcel in Singapore Post website, but normally it won't show any result before the parcel arrives Singapore.
