HELLO I HAVE SENT A PACKAGE FROM GREECE TO CHINA AND THE TRACKING PROGRAMME SHOWS ME THAT IT IS STUCK IN GUANGZHU FOR MORE THAN A MONTH.
PLEASE INFORM IF THERE IS A PROBLEM OR IT IS LOST SO I AM ABLE TO ASK FOR A REFUND FROM GREEK POST.

hello i contact to my seller as you advised me and they told me that they did everything you told me to ask them do. and they called 11185, and they didnt find anything ,furthermore an employee told them that it has some security issues.please can you infornm me what problem there is or if it is lost or give some email to contact with the proper partment. thanks
