Unlike other orders, this one was returned, I understand due to the Covid problems and the consequent space and shipping restrictions. Is there any special procedure that you are executing that allows you to regularize the compromised shipments that failed due to the Covid issue and that have already been detained for 4 months. I tried to communicate several times with the supplier, who unfortunately does not respond to me (I hope he is in good health ) .. In the event that the provider does not respond to me and the order is still stopped, is there any procedure that you can recommend to me to execute remotely ..? How long should I wait ... 2 more months?
