hello my package has stopped at the Shanghai airport since 06/12/19 and has never moved ... can I know when the situation will unlock? thank you

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO575438479CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Zhengzhou office to Italy on Dec 9.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Italy Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Zhengzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Italy). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 30 to 40 days until Italy Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Italy Post website will show its new status with Italy location.
