It was ordered in early March. Seems to be stuck in Senzhen. Please help.

your seller delayed the shipment for 2 months. the parcel was shipped from Shenzhen on May 7, it is still in Shenzhen. now waiting time is pretty because of airline cancellation by coronavirus.

if your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
