Hi,
On the 14th of April 2020 I passed an order for some jewlery. On the 16th I got confirmation and the shipment number, but when I try to track my shipment the page never loads, or if ever it does it says that it cannot find my order. I understand that because of the Covid-19 there are some delays, and that is fine, but I would like to have some sort of idea as to when I will receive this order.

LZ012130688CN was sent to Shanghai airport on apr 27. It is still there waiting for flight to France.

Coronavirus has cancelled most airlines to France, China post parcel has some serious delay. Our latest stat shows average waiting time to France is about 42 day. you need some patient.
