Where is my express parcel now? The serial number is: CQ881000380DE。
On April 1st, it returned to Germany from Shanghai customs, fc-moto company. The express package information has not been updated since then. I wonder if fc-moto has received the returned package.

CQ881000380DE arrived Shanghai customs on Mar 11 but never released to China Post since then. it might be lost. You need contact Germany Post to file an investigation.
