Bought items from ebay mid September,seller posted items out on the 19th September to the UK so where is my parcel please? - Tracking number RJ854886656CN

1. After tracking your parcel I found out the same thing as you. May I suggest you contact seller to tell him you have not receive your parcel (either lost or misplace).

2. If the answer of the seller does not meet your expectation, then just open a dispute to get your money for not receiving your parcel.

3. Please provide this tracking to the seller so he understand what you are talking about:

I contacted the seller and they said they contacted china post leader and that my parcel is in the UK customs. They said all parcels are delayed because of the G20 Summit but it is 5 weeks since it left Shanghai and no evidence of it in the UK. Thank you for the help!!

1. There is no G20 Summit in UK and your parcel is not in UK Customs. All parcel to UK are scan by Royal Mail first then it goes to the Customs Office.

2. I suspect seller is not honest with you. Just open a dispute to get your money back.

1. Just make sure you still have buyer protection for your parcel in case you want to open a dispute.

The parcel has not showed up in the UK, Royal Mail have not received this parcel. Where on earth is this parcel???

1. Just for your info:
It was held on 4–5 September 2016 in the city of Hangzhou, Zhejiang. It was the first ever G20 summit to be hosted in China.

2. So do you really think your parcel was delay by the G20 Summit in China!
You have 2 choice here, either you wait for your parcel that might be lost or misplace or open a dispute for not receiving your parcel.

3. Parcel to UK can take from 6 to 40 days to be deliver.

It is 40 days on Monday 31st October the deadline, China Post tracking states it left Shanghai on 21st September so i have no idea where this has gone. It could be on the moon!!!!! It really is ridiculous in this day and age that a parcel from china takes 40 days!!
